private beach Lipno, Kovarov This developer project was being nursed by company ACB a.s. for over 20 years until November 2014 when the company completed the engineering structures and made available for sale about 30 building plots with breath-taking view to the Lipno dam. Due to the steep profile of the locality, every plot provides an undisturbed view to the lake (from your garden or terrace). You, as the future owner of the real estate on probably one of the prettiest place of the entire Lipno, can choose out of:

The building plots are laid out so that everyone has, apart from the view to the water, a sufficient space to park, a terrace and a garden to individual houses. Apartment houses are designed in the same spirit where we try to utilise as much as we can the exclusivity of the view, and so everyone has their own reserved garden or terrace from which they can look at sunsets above the water level, or have barbecue whilst watching sailboats.
